1. The subject of the contract is the supply of vertical road signs, pillars for road signs and road safety devices to the Road Districts (Oblasts) of the MZDW in the years 2027-2028. 2. Individual deliveries will be made within a maximum of 28 days from the date of delivery of the order to the Contractor within the scope of items 1-91 of the quotation estimate (maximum reduction of the delivery period by 14 days). Items 92 to 133 have a 35-day lead time. 3. … unit prices and limit their quantity in relation to contractual quantities depending on current needs. 5. If the description of the subject-matter of the contract indicates trademarks, patents or origin, source or a specific process that characterizes the product or services provided by a specific contractor, the Ordering Party shall accept equivalent solutions. 6. Where, in the description of the subject-matter of the contract, reference is made to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the contracting authority shall accept solutions equivalent to those described. 7. The contracting authority shall not provide for the award of the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(b) CTMR. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Act for similar supplies. 8.The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers and in the form of electronic catalogues 9. Deadline for performance of the contract: from 01.01.2027 for a period of 2 years. 10. The contractor whose tender has been selected as the most advantageous will provide a performance guarantee of 5% of the total price indicated in the tender. The conditions under which the Contractor shall lodge performance guarantees are laid down in Chapter XX Part 1 of the ToR. 11. The contracting authority shall provide for the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139(1) CTMR. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. The contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make a qualitative selection of the economic operator whose tender has been ranked the highest in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 12.
