1. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of meat and cold cuts to the Police School in Piła. 2. The proceedings were divided into three parts: PART No 1 – PIG AND BEEF PART No 2 – ROAD PART No 3 – COALS. Each Contractor may submit a tender for one or more lots. The contracting authority will select the most advantageous tender separately for each part of the contract. 3. The contract will be carried out successively: from the date of signature of the contract, no earlier than from 1 March 2027 until 31 December 2027 or until the amount of the total gross remuneration resulting from the contract has been exhausted before that date. … allow continuity of supply. 5. With reference to Article 455 para. 1 point 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of extending the deadline for performance of the contract to 2 months after the date specified in the contract, if in the case provided for in paragraph. 1 the funds resulting from the concluded agreement will not be exhausted and the agreement resulting from the next procedure will not be signed. In order to implement the above amendment, an annex to the contract will be concluded. 6. Delivery of goods will take place 5 times a week from Monday to Friday from 4:00 p.m. 06:00 to 08:00. In justified cases, the Ordering Party may require the delivery of goods also on Saturdays from 06:00 to 08:00. In exceptional situations, delivery times may be changed due to a change in the schedule of students. 7. Place of performance of the contract: Food Warehouse of the Food Section of the Police School in Piła, Plac Staszica 3, 64-920 Piła. 1) The full list of the assortment being the subject of deliveries and the estimated quantity of ordered products are given in the Assortment and Quantity Specification, which is attached as Annex 2A to the ToR.
