Guarantee: The contractor must provide a sixty [60] month guarantee for the works carried out. 8. No later than on the date of handing over the construction site, the Contractor to whom the contract will be awarded will be obliged to provide the Contracting Authority with civil liability insurance – a civil liability insurance policy in the scope of business activity carried out together with a confirmation of payment, related to the performance of the contract, for an amount of not less than PLN 50 000.00. NOTE: the insurance contract may not - exceed PLN 2 000 in respect of the reduction franchise and - exceed PLN 2 000 in respect of the integral franchise.
