The form chosen for performance of the contract shall be order forms without a minimum and with a maximum annual amount of €300,000 (HT), to be awarded on a single basis pursuant to Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months from the date of notification of the contract and may be renewed three times.
