The services include in particular: laboratory analysis and sampling, sample preparation and registration, quality assurance measures, documentation and reporting, supporting laboratory processes, management of back-up samples, transport, cleaning and other support services. The service is provided in close coordination with the client (AG). Work in operating, laboratory and technical areas may only be carried out in compliance with the applicable approval, security and access processes of the AG. Prior to commencement of performance, the Contractor shall independently obtain information on local conditions, infrastructural conditions, laboratory procedures and site-specific safety requirements. No additional cost claims can be derived from a lack of local knowledge.
