The summary information notice is also accompanied by forms for the request to participate, which must be used by candidates in the context of the competition. At the end of the competition, a detailed description of the tasks will be provided to the candidates selected in the competition. · Various municipalities in the Ennepe-Ruhr district plan to jointly award planning services for municipal heat planning (including project management services). It should be borne in mind that cities want to cooperate closely in the implementation of future objectives. Participating municipalities are: Hanseatic City of Breckerfeld, City of Ennepetal, City of Gevelsberg, City of Schwelm, City of Sprockhövel, City of Wetter (Ruhr). The services covered by the call for tenders include the processing and/or monitoring of, in particular, the following steps: - Fitness check, - Inventory analysis, - Potential analysis, - Development of a target scenario, - Creation of a heat transition strategy. As part of the negotiations, this scope of services can be adapted or specified.
