… that the vehicle with the installed equipment has been approved, i.e. that the vehicle has passed the procedure for determining compliance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia. The vehicle being procured shall be new and unused, correctly. The vehicle on the day of delivery may not be older than 1 year. The vehicle offered must fully comply with all the required conditions of the technical specification, the description of the subject matter of the procurement and the other conditions of this requirement.
