Lunch is always a warm lunch for dinner is cold. It is necessary to provide a one-day liquid supply to the recipients. The Institution does not have any equipment (cutlery, plates, glasses, etc.) for the distribution, transport and consumption of food, which must be provided by the Tenderer. Daily quantities: Patient nutrition (minimum four times a day: breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner) for an average of 140 people per day, as directed by a dietitian. Providing meals for at least four times a day for an average of 110 people and at least five times a day for an average of 30 people. Provision of ready-to-eat meals in single-serve packages for a total average of 140 persons per day. The number of doses always depends on the number of inpatients per day, which is sent by the hospital's dietitian to the person designated by the entrepreneur by e-mail until 10 a.m. on the previous day. The tenderer shall be responsible for: - Full provision of the patient nutrition service - A person requiring a diet meal certified by a specialist must be provided with a diet suitable for his/her condition, depending on the patient's condition, there may be several diets - obtaining cooking ingredients - preparing meals - the delivery of the food to the patient classes on an individual tray (individual packaging) must be accompanied by an exact description of the service offered, in which the tenderer demonstrates how he/she plans to perform the service and how he/she plans to do it. The contract is concluded for a fixed period of one year, which may be extended for a further year in the event of the contracting authority’s satisfaction, in accordance with the rules on contract amendment set out in the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority shall be entitled to extend the contract for a further period of 12 months by means of a unilateral written declaration addressed to the successful tenderer, notified no later than 30 days before the end of the fixed term of the contract. In the event of an extension of the contract, the successful tenderer shall be entitled, on the anniversary, to index the unit prices on which the consideration is based, as follows: a) Inflation on foodstuffs reported by the HCSO (data in row 01.1 of table ksh.hu https://www.ksh.hu/stadat_files/ara/hu/ara0005.html) with 50% weight. b) Data on average gross earnings reported by the HCSO (total column ksh.hu https://www.ksh.hu/stadat_files/mun/hu/mun0200.html, data from the previous year=100% Q1-Q4) with 50% weight.
