What the buyer is looking for
The target of the acquisition is Broadcom's VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) license service (including licenses) and separately ordered support services. The subject matter and requirements of the contract are described in detail in this invitation to tender and its annexes. Our IT and Talous Oy (Meita) is the customer in the procurement, and the contract is concluded with one supplier selected on the basis of competitive tendering. The procurement contract will only be used by the Client and the parties to the resulting contract will be only Meita and the selected Supplier. For the avoidance of doubt, Meita's customers are not parties to this tendering procedure or to the contract to be concluded on the basis of this tendering procedure. The Licenses and Services under the Agreement will be available to the Customer no later than 1 April 2027.
