The requirements and a detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR (description of the subject-matter of the contract) and in Annex 8, 8A, 8B, 8C, 8D, 8E to the ToR (draft provisions of the contract). 3. The Contracting Authority shall provide for the possibility of awarding the Contractor the contract referred to in Article 214(2) CTMR. 1 point 7 of the PPL up to 50% of the value of the basic contract consisting in the repetition, within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract, of similar services consistent with the subject matter of the contract. The contract will be awarded on condition that the Ordering Party has the financial resources for this purpose and in particular when the need to change the scope of services will result from the need to extend the duration of the vehicle repair service to 3.5 t. and vehicles above 3.5 t. The award of the contract will be carried out on the basis of a new contract. 4. The contracting authority provides for a right of option in the procedure in question. 4.1. Exercise of the right of option – depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority, it will consist in increasing the subject of the contract in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract, up to a maximum of 300% of the value of the basic contract 5. The contracting authority requires a security to be lodged in the procedure in question in accordance with Chapter X of the ToR 6.
