Construction of a new playground in a doomed location and construction of a fence with a gate) ◦ relocation of an outdoor gym (liquidation of the existing pavement with a substructure, dismantling of existing devices and re-assembly at the place of construction of a new exercise site) ◦ assembly and implementation of street furniture for everyday recreation, i.e.: installation of recreational equipment for children, including a balance set, a climbing and rope set, a set constituting a low rope park, ◦ off-road trampolines implementation of bicycle paths for children ◦ installation of benches and seats, bicycle and scooter racks and waste baskets ◦ execution of hardenings and off-road board games ◦ construction of surfaces of safe polyurethane and sand under the ◦ devices of paving stones (as footpaths, paths) ◦ of concrete hardenings - part of the park paths, squares and hardening under the devices and for the installation of ◦ lighting fixtures installation of solar lighting. NOTE: A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the bill of quantities, the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works, which are annexed to the tender specifications. The facilities created as a result of the implementation of this contract are intended for all users, their parameters have been designed on the basis of applicable standards and regulations, which after the investment will facilitate mobility, in particular for people with physical disabilities. The contracting authority does not require, but provides for the possibility of an on-site visit by the contractor before submitting the tender. Due to the fact that the contract includes works in a closed area, the Contractor may make an on-site inspection after prior arrangement with the Ordering Party ([email protected]). The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor or a subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974, persons performing the following activities related to the performance of the contract, i.e.: execution of construction works in the road, sanitary and electrical industries.
