The PKS is intended for DDPS residents and other people from the local community of a given district of Katowice or neighboring districts (regardless of their living situation, who want to develop their activity, are willing and able to undertake it, do not require individual care of another person and support in the form of specialist services, including care of medical personnel, support of psychologists and psychotherapists).
