In particular, the Contractor shall: a) loading waste by an employee of the Contractor, b) maintaining cleanliness at the place of performance of the service, c) securing the place in terms of health and safety, the Contractor is obliged to immediately inform the Ordering Party about any changes in the legal status of his company, as well as about the initiation of bankruptcy, arrangement or liquidation proceedings. The subject of the contract is divided into 15 tasks, the Ordering Party does not limit the number of tasks for which the contractor may submit a tender. The exercise of the option right takes place according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party and does not require the conclusion of an annex to the contract. The right of option may be exercised once or repeatedly during the term of the Agreement up to the maximum value specified in the concluded agreement. The Ordering Party shall inform the Contractor about the exercise of the option right by submitting a written statement regarding the exercise of the option right in the scope specified by the Ordering Party. Receipt of the waste under the option right will take place within the deadlines set by the representatives of the Parties or at the latest within 3 days after the date of notification of the need for export. The exercise of the option right does not extend the term of the Agreement or change the date of performance of services referred to in § 6 sec. 1 of the draft agreement. The Contractor shall not be entitled to claims for failure by the Ordering Party to exercise all or part of the scope of the contract covered by the right of option. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste intended for the reception and management of waste by 30% in relation to the estimated amount due to the reduction of the scope of the contract, for this reason the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party, in particular financial claims.
