The subject of the contract has not been divided into lots. It is not possible to divide the contract into lots, as the contract will cover one project documentation that can be performed by one Contractor. 5. The contracting authority shall provide for the award of the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(b) CTMR. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law up to the net value of PLN 1 437 658,53. A similar contract shall provide for: 1. Design works on the road section covered by the basic contract and on the sections and terrain adjacent to the road covered by the basic contract in all sectors: road, sanitary, energy, telecommunications, gas. 2. Geological surveys on the road section covered by the basic contract and on the sections and terrain adjacent to the road covered by the basic contract. 6. The Contractor is obliged to have a civil liability insurance policy (OC) for the entire duration of the contract at least in the scope identical to the scope of the service entrusted to perform and for a guarantee amount not less than PLN 1,000,000.00. The Contracting Authority accepts a situation in which the Contractor will systematically present, during the term of the contract, Policies confirming the possession of third party liability insurance meeting the above-mentioned parameters instead of one policy for the entire duration of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to submit the Third Party Liability Insurance Policy no later than 7 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. If the Contractor fails to submit a civil liability insurance policy within 3 months of signing the contract, the Ordering Party shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract for reasons attributable to the Contractor. 7. Deadline for performance of the contract: 18 months from the date of signing the contract. 8. The contractor whose tender has been selected as the most advantageous will provide a performance guarantee of 5% of the total price indicated in the tender. The requirements for the performance guarantee are described in Chapter XX of Part I of the ToR. 9. The contracting authority shall provide for the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139(1) CTMR. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. The contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make a qualitative selection of the economic operator whose tender has been ranked the highest in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 10. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract were not granted to it.
