What the buyer is looking for
Provision of specialised transport services for persons with mobility difficulties in the city of Opole and coordination of the above-mentioned services (acceptance of transport service orders by telephone and electronic means (including e-mail address and Opole+ platform) from persons entitled to services, drawing up and coordination of schedules) in accordance with the conditions set out in the Regulations constituting an annex to the contract. The contract will be carried out as planned no earlier than from 1 January 2027 for 24 months. The service should be provided in five vehicles from Monday to Friday: a) from one hour. 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. 18:00 – 3 vehicles; b) from one hour. 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. 22.00 – 2 vehicles. … the Law, the Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question if the funds which the Contracting Authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract were not granted to it.
