The right of option and the change in the scope of land maintenance 1) The contracting authority provides, under the right of option, for an increase in the scope of the contract, including: a) inclusion in the maintenance of additional areas for summer maintenance requiring ongoing cleanliness, one mowing, maintenance of lawns, removal of waste and debris, rake and removal of leaves, removal of weeds, self-seeding and overgrowth, maintenance of alleys, pavements, squares, walkways and paved surfaces, emptying and cleaning of baskets and maintenance of typical small architecture elements located on this area, b) inclusion in the maintenance of additional areas for winter maintenance requiring ongoing cleanliness, removal of waste, debris, leaves and branches, emptying and cleaning of baskets, maintenance of alleys, pavements, squares, walkways and paved surfaces, snow removal, snow removal, slush and ice removal, control of slipperiness, removal of skinning material and debris created in connection with winter maintenance and cleaning of typical small architecture elements located on this area, if weather conditions allow, c) ordering additional selected surfaces within the areas covered by the basic contract or areas included in the maintenance option.
