… performance of the contract in question, and in particular the entries, permits and decisions of the competent authorities to conduct waste management activities and undertakes to have them throughout the duration of the contract and to present them immediately at any request of the Ordering Party. 3) The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of these proceedings with due diligence taking into account the professional nature of the services provided by him, in accordance with the provisions of this contract and applicable law. 4) The Contractor is obliged in particular to: a) loading waste by an employee of the Contractor, b) maintaining cleanliness at the place of performance of the service, c) securing the place in terms of health and safety, 5) The Contractor is obliged to immediately inform the Ordering Party about any changes in the legal status of his company, as well as about the initiation of bankruptcy, arrangement or liquidation proceedings. 6) The subject of the contract is divided into 13 tasks, the Ordering Party does not limit the number of tasks for which the contractor may submit a tender. The contract shall include in particular: • collection of mixed and separated municipal waste from the places indicated by the Ordering Party, • transport of collected waste to the places of its management, • waste management in accordance with applicable law • ensuring the proper organization of waste collection, within the deadlines set by the representatives of the Parties or in the case of receipt carried out on a telephone notification of the Ordering Party, no later than within 3 days from the date of notification, • confirmation of the performance of the waste collection service by an employee of the Ordering Party, • providing the Ordering Party, together with an invoice, with confirmation of the performance of the waste collection service. The contract was divided into tasks taking into account the location of the facilities covered by the service. For tasks no. 1 to 13, the Ordering Party provides waste containers. The Contractor will be obliged to perform the service in accordance with the applicable regulations on waste management, environmental protection, waste transport and maintaining order and cleanliness. The contractor must have all the authorisations required by law, entries in the relevant registers and the powers necessary for the proper performance of the contract. The provision of services for the reception and management of municipal waste mixed and separated from the facilities of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Radom and its subordinate units (with the Contracting Authority’s containers), i.e. will take place at: Task 1, Task 2, Task 3, Task 4, Task 5, Task 6, Task 7, Task 8, Task 9, Task 10, Task 11, Task 12, Task 13.
