The subject of the contract is a service consisting in: Receiving and managing municipal waste from property owners located in the Łańcut Commune, where residents live, in a way that ensures that appropriate levels of recycling and preparation for re-use and recovery are achieved by other methods and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced. 1.1. Unsorted (mixed) waste and bio-waste constituting municipal waste will be collected: a) from single-family residential buildings: - in the period from 1 June to 31 August, at least once every two weeks, - in the remaining period - once a month; b) from multi-apartment buildings: at least once every 10 days. 1.2. … stops, i.e. provision of the KP7 container for the purpose of collection by ZGK sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Sonina of the above-mentioned waste and collection of this waste from the KP7 container located in a place indicated by the Ordering Party (in the Łańcut Commune), to be submitted to the Ordering Party with an average frequency of once every 2 weeks. 1.4. Collection of construction and demolition waste at the request of the Ordering Party and the resident. 1.5. Supply of real estate inhabited in bags 120 l marked with the type of waste that should be collected in them, having a color scheme in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2021, item 906.) 1.6. Delivery of containers for the collection of municipal waste in multi-family buildings (cooperatives and housing communities) to the territory of the municipality, with the proviso that the owner of the property, on his own and at his own expense, supplies himself with containers for the collection of municipal waste. 1.7. Carrying out by the Contractor, during the term of the contract, one training in the field of environmental education in the following educational institutions: School and Pre-School Complex in Albigowa, School and Pre-School Complex in Handzlówka, School and Pre-School Complex in Kraczkowa, School and Pre-School Complex in Sonin, School and Pre-School Complex in High, School Complex in Cierpisz, School Complex in Głuchów, School Complex in Kosin, School Complex in Rogóżno, concerning the promotion of proper segregation of municipal waste in households. Duration of one training - min. 1 lesson hour, Classes I-IV. The training schedule should be agreed in advance with the heads of establishments.
