What the buyer is looking for
The purpose of this contract is to carry out diagnostics of vulnerabilities to urban overheating and to draw up operational recommendations to reduce these vulnerabilities in the territory of metropolitan municipalities or territorial public establishments (EPTs), which have responded to a call for expressions of interest (AMI) launched by the Métropole. The support will cover 10 to 15 communities, depending on the amount of the benefit proposed by the candidate. Depending on the needs expressed, and subject to budget availability, complementary communities may be accompanied.
