… concluded with an economic operator, with a minimum amount and a maximum amount in value. The services under the framework agreement will be performed as and when order forms are issued by the public purchaser and will be paid according to the unit prices in the catalogue, plus management costs, according to the quantities actually performed. The management fee shall be calculated by applying to the catalogue price the % of the management fee indicated by the holder in the undertaking. This contract is concluded for an initial period beginning on the date on which it is notified and ending on the date on which all the services provided for in the contract are accepted.
