What the buyer is looking for
The listed superstructures of the stand subway "Bergbahn Heidelberg" will be renovated in the area of the station Schloss, for which the respective affected road must be completely interrupted or narrowed to a lane. These are in the direction of travel uphill the superstructure for the Stadtstraße Schloßberg (construction 6, parts 6.1 and 6.2) the superstructure for the Neue Schloßstraße (construction 8, parts 8.1 and 8.2) and the superstructure for the Schloß-Wolfsbrunnenweg (construction 10). In addition, the building parts 7.1 and 7.2 (support walls and staircase) between the Stadtstraße Schloßberg and the Neue Schloßstraße outside the street space will be modernized. The forecourt of the castle grounds can be reached via the very steep and paved street Schloßberg or via the actual access road Neue Schloßstraße. Since the access to the castle must also be permanently ensured during…

… the entire construction work, the buildings 6.1 and 6.2 are modernised in the first step (construction stage 1 with interrupted road Schloßberg) and only after completion of this work the building 8 (construction stage 2 with interrupted new castle road). Thus, the castle is always accessible via one of the two access options. In construction phase 3, the sufficiently wide building 10 is renovated with half-sided locking and signaled one-way control in the course of the Schloss-Wolfsbrunnenweg. This construction phase is currently planned in parallel to the two previously mentioned construction phases in order to shorten the duration of the overall measure, as the Schloss- Wolfsbrunnenweg only follows the road space of the other two construction phases. The traffic security required for this is thus an extension of the two "basic construction phases". The construction stage 3 is divided into two states because of the change of the one-way regulation between the north and south side of the Schloss-Wolfsbrunnenweg, which differ in that when the south side is closed, the one-sided footpath remains open. The internal construction process for construction phase 3 envisages a two-fold change of the set-up lane from the north barrier to the south barrier and back to the north barrier. The signalling is identical for both side locks and requires no adjustment. Irrespective of the actual construction work, the current parking lot for the castle visitors' coaches must be moved to the remote car visitor parking lot, as it is used as a central BE area. For the necessary signage to block car parking spaces in the replacement car park and to guide the disembarked tourists to the castle entrance, the traffic sign plan 4 must be implemented, which is valid throughout the entire measure. Due to the limited usability of today's existing buildings, restrictions on use are already being set up. These will be dissolved at the beginning of the modernisation measure and, if necessary, have been included in the traffic drawings to be implemented. This resolution must be coordinated with the previously present company (FST Gmbh Mannheim) in such a way that a seamless transition is possible. The sequence of the construction phases for the modernization of the building is based on the requirements of the executing construction company and is not necessarily determined by this invitation to tender. Therefore, each traffic sign plan (traffic signs, traffic elements, etc.) of a construction phase must in principle be calculated as an independent module with deliveries, set-up and dismantling and environmental comparison. Possible takeovers of equipment from previous construction phases for a subsequent construction phase must remain unconsidered in the pricing process despite a thereby achievable reduction in effort, since the construction process and thus the time sequence of the individual construction phases can change at any time, even during the construction work that has started. Close coordination with the executing construction company, which will call up the individual construction or partial construction phases in accordance with its requirements, is mandatory.
