Service of collection and further processing of plastic and metal packaging and plastic in accordance with the Costs Register, Technical Specification and other conditions from this Procurement Documentation. The service includes the collection of waste at the bidder's location within a radius of up to 20 km from the address of the Client's headquarters, waste sorting and further waste treatment. Liability of the waste holder — The contracting authority shall cease at the time of receipt of the waste by the tenderer. The selected bidder is obliged to take over the waste in its entirety, regardless of the proportion of impurities, and to comply with all positive regulations.
