The condition will be deemed to be met if the Contractor submits to the Contracting Authority, within 7 days of signing the contract, a declaration of disposal in accordance with paragraph 5(3) of the Detailed Description of the Pre-Vehicle of the Order, of vehicles and equipment meeting the requirements of the Infrastructure Mi-nistra Regulation on requirements for slurry tankers and the appropriate number of employees: a) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to ensure that all vehicles declared for performing the above-mentioned services have a legalised/certified measuring system that enables the actual measurement of the collected wastewater, in units of litre/cubic meter (at the request of the coordinator referred to in §4(2) of the contract, consistent with the scope of the place of performance of the service, the Contractor will present an up-to-date document of legalisation/certification of meters) b) cars adapted to move on land roads, paved road meadows, c) employment of an appropriate number of people and vehicles for the reliable performance of this service: for part 1 of GZ Drawsko Pomorskie : - 2 vehicles for emptying septic tanks and transporting liquid effluent - minimum 2 drivers, for part 1 GZ Wałcz : - 1 vehicle for emptying septic tanks and transporting liquid effluent - minimum 1 driver, for part 1 of GZ Wałcz/District Nadarzyce : - 1 vehicle for emptying septic tanks and transporting liquid effluents - minimum 1 drivers, 5. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the Annex to the ToR. 11. The contracting authority states that the process of providing the service consists in emptying the non-drainage tanks and transporting liquid waste from the areas administered by 16 WOG in Drawsko Pomorskie, in accordance with the schedule agreed and approved (with the Zama-Knowing coordinator in the individual Protection Groups). Emptying of septic tanks is associated with access to the place of service, dispensing , with exports and disposal of faeces. During the service , performing a given activity mu-si pay special attention to maintaining cleanliness around the tanks from which fecal matter is received. The service will be performed according to the schedule, at least once a week at all points indicated in the offer, therefore the work consists in the performance by the above-mentioned persons of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 Labour Code.
