… Technical Supervision (hereinafter: TDT) with its registered office in Warsaw and the TDT Regional Branch in Warsaw, located in the building at ul. Puławska 125 in Warsaw and the provision of cleaning and maintenance services on the external area adjacent to the building. The services will be provided in the part of the building which is the seat of TDT (floors 0 to 6 and two floors of the underground garage, passenger cranes – 6 pcs. and a fire crane, staircase from floors 7 to 17, accommodation rooms). External cleaning and winter maintenance services will be provided in the area adjacent to the building, i.e.: pavement and bicycle paths adjacent to the plots located at the intersection of Bukowińska and Puławska streets in Warsaw and the area adjacent to the building, including the road (to the garage and fire), exit to the garage and parking lot. The scope of the contract does not include services for the care of greenery. · The subject of the contract are services of cleaning rooms in the building and maintaining order on the property owned by the Transport Technical Supervision in Lublin at ul. Vincent Vitos 1. The services relate to maintaining cleanliness in all rooms of the building, maintaining cleanliness of the Ordering Party's property throughout the duration of the contract, and in winter additionally snow removal, de-icing and other activities ensuring safe access and access to the property. Number of floors: 3 · The subject of the contract are services of cleaning rooms in the building and maintaining order on the property owned by the Transport Technical Supervision in Krakow at ul. Consolation 5. The services relate to maintaining cleanliness in all rooms of the building, maintaining cleanliness of the Ordering Party's property throughout the duration of the contract, and in winter additionally snow removal, de-icing and other activities ensuring safe access and access to the property. Number of storeys in the Laboratory: 1 · The subject of the contract are services of cleaning rooms in the building and maintaining order on the property owned by the Transport Technical Supervision in Katowice at ul. The Cedar 8. The services relate to maintaining cleanliness in all rooms of the building, maintaining cleanliness of the Ordering Party's property throughout the duration of the contract, and in winter additionally snow removal, de-icing and other activities ensuring safe access and access to the property. Number of floors: 2 · The subject of the contract are services of cleaning rooms in the building and maintaining order on the property owned by the Transport Technical Supervision in Gdańsk at ul. Kętrzyńskiego 24 b. The services concern the maintenance of cleanliness in all rooms of the building, maintaining cleanliness of the Ordering Party's property throughout the duration of the contract, and in winter, additionally snow removal, de-icing and other activities ensuring safe access and access to the property. Number of floors: 5 · The subject of the contract are services of cleaning rooms in the building and maintaining order on the property owned by the Transport Technical Supervision in Poznań at ul. Grunwaldzka 391. The services concern the maintenance of cleanliness in all
