… be implemented on the basis of the assumptions set out in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract (Annex 10 to the tender specifications) and on the terms and conditions set out in the model contract covering the draft provisions of the public contract, which will be incorporated into the content of that contract (Annex 11 to the tender specifications). All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the tender as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Act · 1.
