… possible; - administrative and financial assistance to the liquidator for the proper implementation of the financing plan, until payment of the balance of the grants; - information to co-owners and residents throughout the project, in order to maintain their mobilization and thus facilitate access to the private parties concerned by the work programme; - specific support for the project manager, the companies carrying out the work programme and the residents, in order to help organise interventions requiring simultaneous access to several dwellings; - support for residents in appropriating the new arrangements for the use of housing induced by the work programme; - support for any initiative contributing to the development of living together within the residence; support for any project contributing to the improvement of the living environment, social cohesion or the management of the construction phase, as part of local urban management, in coordination with the other stakeholders in these fields of action; - support for the improvement of the operation of the co-ownership, in particular through the update of the co-ownership by-law and the registration of the new counting procedures for the ECS and heating in accordance with the challenges of the road map adopted on 7 June 2022 by the syndicate of co-owners.
