… Bundestag. The German Cathedral (DD) is a historic building that was finally converted into a modern exhibition building for the German Bundestag between 1993 and 1996. By means of maintenance cleaning, a floor area of an estimated 52,605.09 m2 is to be cleaned. The total area to be cleaned each year is estimated at 7,406,212.21 m2. This is divided into the following base areas: - 58.84 percent main useful area, - 5.57 percent auxiliary useful area and - 35.59 percent traffic area. Please refer to point 6.1.1 of the tender specifications for a detailed list of room types and total area. For price items 1.1, 1.3 and 1.5, the maximum quantities for cleaning correspond to the quantity indicated therein. The maximum quantities of the special services described in price items 1.2 and 1.4 of the price indications are: for price item 1.2.1 10,900 hours, for price item 1.2.2 5,900 hours, for price item 1.2.3 700 hours, for price item 1.2.4 350 hours, for price item 1.2.5 4,650 hours, for price item 1.2.6 3,450 hours, for price item 1.2.7 115 hours, for price item 1.2.8 115 hours, for price item 1.2.9 1,265 hours, for price item 1.2.10 460 hours, for price item 1.4.1 360 m2, for price item 1.4.2 360 m2, for price item 1.4.3 360 m2, for price item 1.4.4 4,800 m2, for price item 1.4.5 9,600 m2 for price item 1.4.6 4,800 m2, for price item 1.4.7 9,600 m2, each calculated over the entire contract term. Only the hours actually worked or the area actually cleaned are remunerated. No minimum purchase can be guaranteed.
