The PLH is a very large building complex. The approximately 200-metre-long and 102-metre-wide building is intended primarily for three working areas of the German Bundestag: Committees, public relations and centralised visitor support. … 113.391,25 m2 shall be cleaned. Please refer to section 6 of the specifications for the subdivision of the cleaning surfaces. Of these, 53,450 m2 must be cleaned with conveyor technology. Please refer to sections 5.2 and 5.3 of the Terms of Reference for further information. For price item 1.1 of the price information, the maximum cleaning quantities correspond to the estimated quantities indicated therein. The maximum quantities of glass cleaning and special cleaning described in price items 1.2 and 1.3 of the price information are 18,720 hours for price item 1.2.1, 480 hours for price item 1.2.2, 960 hours for price item 1.3.1, 240 hours for price item 1.3.2, 240 hours for price item 1.3.3, each calculated over the entire duration of the contract. The billing takes place partly on square meters and partly on hourly billing rate. Only the hours actually worked or the area actually cleaned are remunerated. No minimum purchase can be guaranteed. Calls that exceed the specified maximum quantity of the respective item can only be made by way of an addendum to the contract. Further details can be found in the terms of reference.
