The framework conditions of the NDR as an institution under public law must be taken into account at all times in these upcoming sales processes/procedures. The NDR intends to engage a service provider to conduct a structured bidding process to sell the property by 31.12.2028. For this purpose, qualified sales consulting / brokerage companies are sought, which take over all services relating to the preparation, market approach, marketing, communication with interested parties and the support of the sales process until the completion of the transfer of ownership. The services to be awarded must be carried out in such a way that the sales process is carried out in a targeted, professional, transparent and successful manner. · The award of these services takes place in a multi-stage procurement procedure on the basis of the VgV procurement regulation. In the first stage of the competition, the NDR is looking for competent and experienced applicants who can prove their performance on the basis of economic data of the company and successfully completed reference projects. The NDR will select 4 candidates on the basis of a selection matrix, who will be given the opportunity to develop an individual marketing concept and a fee offer in the second stage of the bidding phase. Direct negotiations are held with these bidders and selected on the basis of an award matrix of the best bidders in the procedure.
