… heat-treated (vegetable and fruit cleaning residues), egg shells, tea preparation bags, green waste from the market and less food paper napkins. The contracting entity shall ensure its own transport to the bidder's proposed location for the reception of the shipped waste. The maximum allowed distance of the offered location from the city of Pula is 10 km. The service is performed successively over 12 months, all in accordance with the applicable legal and subordinate regulations of the Republic of Croatia - Waste Management Act (Official Gazette no. 84/21 ), the Ordinance on Waste Management (Official Gazette no. 106/22) as well as other applicable regulations that regulate the subject of procurement and the usual norms and rules of the profession.
