The subject of the procurement is analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, commissioning, user education and warranty maintenance of the integrated information system for agroecological zoning of the Republic of Croatia (hereinafter: AEZ system). The system shall constitute a central national platform for the collection, management, analysis, modelling, visualisation and distribution of agroecological data and results of agroecological analyses. … spatial and temporal data, conducting complex analytical processes and distributing results through web GIS interfaces and standardized service interfaces. The document Annex I – Agroecological Zoning Project of the Republic of Croatia 2025-2028 details the services and functional and non-functional requirements that the submitted application solution must include. All of the above are the necessary elements of the delivered solution. Stage 1 - Establishment of the geospatial platform and basic functionalities Stage 2 - Development of the analytical system of agroecological zoning Stage 3 - Production application of agroecological zoning At the end of the project, a fully functional solution must be delivered to the contracting authority that enables: 1. calculation of national agroecological zones of the Republic of Croatia 2. assessment of benefits for agricultural crops 3. comparison of different climate and crop development scenarios based on input data and predictive models 4. centralized management of spatial and analytical data 5. web GIS overview of agroecological zones 6. data exchange through standard OGC and REST services 7. long-term scalability and sustainability of the system
