… with the instructions of the equipment manufacturer and DTR, 3) perform the service of persons with knowledge, experience and qualifications required by law specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology of 21 May 2019 on the method and procedure for checking the qualifications required for the operation and maintenance of technical equipment and the method and procedure for extending the period of validity of qualification certificates 4) conducting a 24-hour lift ambulance service in the scope of removing failures and in the scope of immediate release of people trapped in cabins, 5) ensuring a constant, efficient voice connection from each of the lift equipment with lift ambulance 24 hours a day (GSM cards for servicing modules, configuration is the cost of the Contractor), 6) to be present during tests conducted by technical supervision units, allowing devices for further use (costs related to ensuring the presence of the Contractor's employees are charged to the Contractor); 7) cooperation (technical support) with the Ordering Party in the assessment of technical condition and qualification of devices and machines for possible renovation, determining the scope of renovations, reporting needs and providing information about devices; 8) to make devices available at every request of the Ordering Party, e.g. to carry out an inspection; 9) to provide equipment and presence in the performance of resurs, special inspections and other activities not covered by the maintenance contract / performed by other entities; 10) to maintain the condition of lifts allowing a positive result of the inspection carried out by technical inspection units; 11) to remove failures and make necessary repairs arising during the operation of devices, including damage caused by devastation and theft on the terms specified in the contract; 12) maintaining communication channels to contact the Ordering Party, 13) keeping and making available to the Ordering Party a register of information coming to the technical emergency regarding events related to the work of the crane; 14) keep the equipment in motion and in a technical condition ensuring the reliability and safety of their operation, 15) provide the Ordering Party with full information on the types, markings and technical parameters of the equipment subject to maintenance
