The Ordering Party is entitled to change the number of days and the number of devices with the proviso that the value of the entire contract may not be increased. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the annexes to the tender specifications, in particular in: a) description of the subject of the contract b) draft contract 4. The performance of activities related to the performance of the service consisting in the daily maintenance of sanitary facilities, i.e. access to the place of performance of the service, emptying of septic tanks, export and disposal of faecal matter, flooding of tanks in toilet cabins with liquid, constant maintenance of hygienic conditions and cleanliness, consists in the performance by the above-mentioned persons of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. 5. Method of verifying the employment of these people ; During the execution of the Order, at each request of the Ordering Party within the deadline specified in this request, the Contractor shall submit to the Ordering Party one of the following evidences in order to confirm the fulfilment of the requirement of employment under the employment contract by the Contractor or the Subcontractor of the persons performing the tasks indicated in par. 4 activities during the execution of the Order: 1) Statement of the Contractor or Subcontractor on employment on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities referred to in the Ordering Party's request. That declaration shall contain in particular: the precise identification of the entity submitting the declaration, the date of submission of the declaration, an indication that the activities covered by the request are carried out by persons employed under an employment contract, together with an indication of the number of those persons, the type of employment contract, the scope of duties and the number of employees, and a sub-signature of the person authorised to submit the declaration on behalf of the Contractor or the Subcontractor; 2) An anonymised copy of the contract/contracts of employment of persons performing the activities covered by the above-mentioned statement of the Contractor or Subcontractor (together with a document regulating the scope of duties, if it has been drawn up) certified as true to the original by the Contractor or Subcontractor, respectively.
