Magnesium oxide should meet the following parameters: - Mg content - min. 50% - MgO content - min. 80% In order to confirm the product quality parameters indicated above, the Ordering Party requires that the offer be accompanied by a product quality certificate or other document confirming the required product parameters. Each delivery must be accompanied by a product quality certificate. The VAT rate according to the category of animal feed, which is classified under the chapters (codes) of the Combined Nomenclature (CN), listed in Annex 10 to the VAT Act. The ordering party is a taxable person for agricultural tax and will use the ordered product for its own needs.
