The Contractor shall ensure that the Contracting Authority collects mixed and segregated municipal waste in appropriate . containers. The ordering party will ensure that the containers are placed on a hardened surface and that the waste is properly accessed to the place where the waste is stored. After the end of the contract, the Ordering Party is obliged to return the containers to the Contractor in a non-deteriorated condition beyond the consumption resulting from proper operation. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste from the premises of the Provincial Police Headquarters with its registered office in Radom and its subordinate units, to the extent appropriate to the given part (task) of the contract.
