… with applicable regulations in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the provisions of the resolution of the Municipal Council of Jabłonka on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Jabłonka and the provisions of the resolution of the Municipal Council of Jabłonka on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for a paid fee for the management of municipal waste. 2) The subject of the contract also includes the collection and management of construction and demolition waste from households to which, in accordance with Art. 2 of the Act on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities, the provisions on the treatment of municipal waste apply 4. The estimated weight of waste that the Contractor will be obliged to collect and manage during the contract implementation period in 2027 is 3 620.20 Mg. 5. The Contractor will be obliged to provide services with vehicles, submitted in the tender, meeting the requirements referred to in Chapter 13 of the ToR. 6. The quantities of waste collected are given only in the alternative in order to make it easier for the Contractors to value the order. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the amount of waste. The amount of waste may decrease or increase, according to the needs of the Ordering Party. The change in the amount of waste results in a change in the final remuneration of the Contractor. Failure to complete the entire scope of the contract may not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Ordering Party. 7. U z 2024 poz. 399) • wpis do rejestru o którym mowa w art. 49 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 r. o odpadach (t.j. Dz.U. z 2023 r. poz. 1587 ze zm.) w zakresie obejmującym minimum przedmiot zamówienia Informacje dodatkowe: # Wykonawca ma obowiązek posiadania stosownych zezwoleń, pozwoleń, zgód, zgłoszeń, koncesji, licencji itp. zwanych dalej „zezwoleniami” przez cały okres trwania umowy oraz ich okazywania Zamawiającemu na każde jego wezwanie.
