… and carrying out copyright supervision at the stage of carrying out the works carried out on the basis of the documentation constituting the subject of the contract from the date of conclusion of the contract with the Contractor for the construction works until the signing of the final acceptance protocol for these works. As part of the author's supervision for investment task 5-01-25-053-1 Czerwonak – sanitary sewage system in ul. Dereniowa in Bolechówek should be provided for: • Supervision cards with stay at the construction site – 5 Supervision cards • Supervision cards without stay at the construction site – 5 Supervision cards in total 10. If it is necessary to increase the number of stays at the construction site or increase the number of supervision cards without staying at the construction site, unit prices from the Agreement on copyright supervision for the above-mentioned tasks will be accepted for settlement, however, these prices will be valid for no more than 50% of the number of Supervision Cards with staying at the construction site and no more than 50% of the number of Supervision Cards without staying at the construction site presented above. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 9 to the ToR.
