… scope of transport tasks or additional activities specified by the Contracting Authority, within specified dates and dimensions resulting from the schedules received and confirmed in the content of each demand. As part of its activity, the Contractor will be obliged to employ and have at its disposal drivers who meet the requirements of the Ordering Party and are specified in the provisions of the Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport (consolidated text: Journal of Laws No. 144, item 926, as amended). Journal of Laws 2025, item 1490, as amended), the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 (Journal Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251, as amended), and in the regulations for the above-mentioned laws. Within 7 days from the date of signing the contract, the Contractor shall present a list of persons (drivers) intended to perform services for the Ordering Party, for its acceptance by the Ordering Party. In the event of hiring more people during the term of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to update the list of drivers on an ongoing basis. It shall also apply to persons whose services the Contractor has resigned from.
