With this, the municipality of Oldambt wants to relieve managers and the organization in the process of temporary hiring and at the same time ensure a fast and appropriate fulfillment of temporary personnel needs. The municipality strives for a sustainable cooperation with parties that know the organization and its needs, fulfill agreements and on which can be built during the term of the agreement. Indicative functions • Employee reception and telephony; facility assistant; DIV employee • Administrative support, HR Services, financial administration and information management • Administrative secretariat, management assistant, clerk and student transport consultant • Field service, waste delivery station, truck driver, painter / carpenter • Sports hall manager / bridge keeper, district management, garden & park technicians, sewer pumping stations and installation work This list is not exhaustive, but solely intended to provide an overview of the various functions. Plot Base estimate 4 years 1 € 2,500,000 excl. VAT · Lot 2 concerns regular hiring of temporary agency workers up to scale 8 for the reception of displaced persons from Ukraine, combined with a contribution to participation and labour participation of residents. Structural recruitment for regular employment, temporary or permanent, falls outside the scope. Functions in scale 9 and above are also excluded from this lot. The hiring need may arise due to, among other things, a lack of capacity, illness or maternity leave and temporary extra capacity. The municipality is looking for a cooperation partner who not only provides temporary labour, but also contributes to continuity, quality and social objectives of the reception. • Providing suitable staff for reception • Continuity of staffing and replacement in the event of a breakdown • Guidance of deployed staff and reduction of staff turnover • Contributing to the participation and employment participation of residents • Building and maintaining connections with employers and relevant regional organisations Participation and regional labour market The contractor is expected to support residents who can and want to work in finding and retaining paid work, make connections with employers and help address practical obstacles such as language, transport, working hours and unfamiliarity with the Dutch labour market.
