What the buyer is looking for
The Assignment includes the delivery, maintenance and provision of a full-service service for hot drinks vending machines for the entire Police in the Netherlands. The scope of the Assignment concerns: the supply of all hot drinks vending machines, the necessary ingredients and all work for the provision of hot drinks and cold water cooled by the vending machine during the entire term of the Framework Agreement. The scope specifically includes the following components: • Supplying hot beverage dispensers with a brewing method based on fresh beans. For "high traffic locations" (such as classrooms, meeting rooms, etc.), machines with a fast brewing method (e.g. instant) can be used; • Supplying all necessary vending ingredients, loose ingredients and stirrers for the hot drinks vending machines. Please note: Cups are not supplied as standard with the hot drinks vending machines ; • Supply…

… and ready-to-use installation of hot beverage dispensers and, where necessary, associated base cabinets and dispensers for loose ingredients; • Optional: Delivering individual ingredients to order; • Full operating service: the care (cleaning and filling) of the hot beverage vending machines and associated base cabinets in accordance with the HACCP guidelines within the agreed service window (at designated locations also on weekends and/or holidays); • Failure solution within the agreed service window (at designated locations also on weekends and/or holidays); • Performing preventive and corrective technical maintenance; • Where appropriate, repositioning/moving/moving/deleting hot beverage dispensers and base cabinets; • Disposal of the hot beverage vending machines and base cabinets free of charge after the end of the Framework Agreement, after a subsequent supplier has been contracted at the end of the term of the Framework Agreement. The range of vending machines to be used must be as follows: • Coffee; • Espresso; • Cappuccino; • Decafe coffee variants (in vending machine or loose bags); • Hot water (tea bags in a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 8 flavors); • Cold water; • Chocolate milk; • Soup/broth (in vending machine or loose bags). The general principle is that the hot drinks vending machines and associated facilities are made available free of charge to all employees, (chain) partners and visitors by means of a 24-hour self-service facility. The Police wants a uniform service and experience with regard to the hot drinks supply and therefore all machines to be used by the Contractor must supply the same range. It is also not permitted to offer or deliver a different and or additional range than described above. Assortment changes are only permitted at the request of and after written approval from the Police. In order to prevent an arbitrariness of various types of vending machines, the Police wants no more than two (2) different types of vending machines to be used. If the Tenderer chooses to use two different types of machines, they must be the same in appearance, operation and assortment. An exception applies to the ‘high traffic locations’. There it is allowed to place a different machine. Outside the scope of the Assignment are specifically the following parts: • Manned coffee supply; • Vending machines.
