What the buyer is looking for
The LZN is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the direct Lower Saxony state administration (see § 2 of the LZN operating instructions). Under this responsibility, the contract includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with a company (§ 21 VgV) for the supply of summer clothing cycling relays (shortsleeve, summer trousers) for the cooperation of the northern German coastal states of the police, police Austria, regulatory offices and other customers within Germany (see Annex "Client").
