… (Arrêté du Gouvernement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale du 1er décembre 2016 relatif à la gestion des déchets). Les conditionnements à mettre à disposition de l’Agence sont décrits dans les prescriptions techniques (Titre II, B, 3). Les matelas usagés seront traités par un processus de recycling. Le recyclage est défini comme toute opération de valorisation par laquelle les déchets sont retraités en produits, matières ou substances aux fins de leur fonction initiale ou à d'autres fins. Cela inclut le retraitement des matières organiques, mais n'inclut pas la valorisation énergétique, la conversion pour l'utilisation comme combustible ou pour des opérations de remblayage (Article 3, 22° de l'Ordonnance relative aux déchets du 14 juin 2012).
