… cooperate with these third parties in the comprehensive implementation of the PTT service (e.g. escalation of service requests and transmission from the service desk to third parties). The central object of the procurement is the transfer and takeover of Tiera Oy's services by the selected contract supplier. The contracting entity has tried to describe the current situation of the services as comprehensively as possible, but the services in question are being put out to tender for the first time on this scale, so some of the risks associated with tendering and delivering the services will be transferred to the tenderer and the selected supplier. The aim of the contracting entity is to have a competitive tendering partner that is able to implement the continuity and production use of the deployment project and the services described in the call for tenders as flexibly and customer-oriented as possible. The subscribers require the selected supplier to be able to implement the services in the geographical area of the City of Sastamala and the municipality of Punkalaitume without delay and taking into account the customer's needs in each contract period.
