The minimum scope of performance of the contract is 80%. 4.4 Requirements for options - The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using the option. 1) Scope of the contract covered by the option: The right of option is the possibility of extending the basic contract (i.e. under the basic contract) and under the terms of the basic contract with an additional scope for additional remuneration according to settlement in accordance with Annex 1 to the contract, with the proviso that the scope of the option may not exceed 15% of the basic scope and the total remuneration for the contract covered by the right of option may not exceed the net amount of PLN 146 827.50 and the unit prices for the contract carried out under the right of option will be the same as the unit prices specified for the basic contract. 2) The condition for activating the option right is the declaration of intent of the Ordering Party, submitted to the Contractor in writing. 4.5 Pursuant to Art. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor and the subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing activities relating to the performance of the contract in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974, i.e. employees performing the following activities: work on the implementation of services related to the care of greenery and work on the maintenance of infrastructure related to greenery throughout the period of these activities. Detailed requirements regarding the method of verifying employment and the Contracting Authority's rights to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to employment
