Each module is to be equipped with access control by disposable QR codes for sticking on the bag, the measurement of the weight of waste is to be carried out in an automatic and legalized way. The system is to be able to measure the filling status of waste collection containers and CCTV monitors, as well as the voice and light communication system and data transmission to the central layer of the system. The implemented solution is to allow for unambiguous assignment of a bag of waste to the owner of the waste in accordance with the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality.
