… (construction, material, technology, quality), design, colours, algorithms for creating registration numbers, and other conditions to be met by registration plates of the Minister of the date specified in the Regulation 2024. As part of the concluded contract, the Contractor will be bound by all provisions in this area, taking into account possible changes in the regulations that may occur during the term of the contract. In the event of a change in the model of registration plates or the introduction of new registration plates by way of a change in the regulations, the Contractor shall provide plates according to the new models. Delivery and cancellation details of the plates: a) the order will be carried out successively, in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party. b) the implementation of each order, with the exception of duplicates and additional plates for the trunk, may not be longer than five working days, counting from the date of acceptance of the order c) duplicates and additional plates for the trunk in accordance with the order placed, will be delivered 2 times a week, on mutually agreed days, and in exceptional cases will be delivered within a day; d) the contractor will each time receive together with the order a list of specified distinguishing features of letter-digital ordered plates, e) deliveries will be carried out in batches in accordance with the orders placed / in the form of packages of 50 pieces / f) receipt of plates should take place at least twice a month /at a mutually agreed date /, during office working hours, on the basis of a handover and receipt protocol, and the method of their deletion should be in accordance with the applicable regulations in this regard, g) to store plates intended for cassation, the Contractor is obliged to deliver baskets / containers in a quantity adapted to the needs of the ordering party / min. 16 pcs / h) the cost of delivery and cassation of plates will be covered by the Contractor of plates. i) delivery will be made to the address indicated by the Ordering Party requires that the warranty period for the performed subject of the contract is 24 months. The warranty period will start on the day the license plate is issued to the owner of the vehicle. The required warranty period for the executed subject of the contract is equal to the warranty period.
