What the buyer is looking for
The manufacture of hot asphalt will be done from one or more power plants located no more than 50 km from the Town Hall of Le Mans. However, if the holder has one or more other complementary plants located more than 50 km from the Town Hall of Le Mans, and a site takes place at a distance less than the main plant, the buyer may remove the coatings from the complementary plant. The Permittee shall be able to provide hot-coated materials from March 1 to November 30 of each year. Estimated value: 16,000 Tonnes maximum per period The services will be the subject of a single-awarded framework agreement without a minimum with a maximum per period, executed by issuing order forms, as defined in Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code. This consultation is launched in accordance with the open tender procedure defined in Articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Order Code.
