MPG has a regular demand for supply of Cisco terminals, accessories, analog gateways and software/licenses for the Cisco VoIP telephony video system of MPG and Ascom DECT terminals, gateways, base stations and management systems for connection to the Cisco VoIP telephony video system. The subject of this procurement procedure is therefore the conclusion of framework agreements with one (1) framework contractor per lot, which support the contracting authority on call from the FWC in the selection of Cisco terminals including maintenance and accessories as well as software/licenses and Ascom DECT devices, display systems and supply them with such equipment. … consists of the following service components: • Connection of the framework contract products and services (catalogue connection) via the digital MPG marketplace, • Sale and supply of Cisco terminal and videoconferencing equipment, software/licenses and Ascom DECT devices, licenses and display systems including associated accessories (with the accessories can be ordered in isolation) according to the lots, • Provision of maintenance services (services), • Provision of a hotline ("Hotline RV Partner"), • Reporting with reports on individual orders and the agreed assortment. · Lot 1 covers the procurement of Cisco terminals (telephony and videoconferencing), maintenance and accessories (Cisco terminals can only be procured in conjunction with a maintenance component according to manufacturer specifications and the maintenance licences must be assigned to the serial numbers of the devices at the same time, which is why both components are combined in lot 1). Tenderers must offer all items from the Cisco product categories and subcategories (listed in the Tender Specifications, Appendix A.1) and must include them in the online shop's product range. Each category lists one or more items that either meet current needs or represent that category for potential future needs. The terminals and accessories listed in Annex A.1 must be selectable in the online shop. The pricing model must be comprehensible for all listed articles and categories (see Annexes E.4 and E.5). The client's video conferencing service is based on a Cisco Unified Communications Manager infrastructure. For the best possible integration, Cisco video communication devices are used and requested for future needs. The spectrum of the range of videoconferencing devices is defined for the imputed shopping cart using the following three (3) device classes: Equipment classes: • Desktop videoconferencing devices • Modular videoconferencing devices (codecs) • Integrated videoconferencing room systems (including Cisco Boards) Reference devices for the device class "Desktop videoconferencing devices": • Cisco Room Bar (Desktop Video Conferencing Device Standard) • Cisco Desk Pro G2 (Desktop Video Conferencing Device Comfort) Reference Devices for the Device Class "Modular Video Conferencing Systems (Codecs)" • Cisco Room Kit EQ (Modular Video Conferencing Device Meeting Room) • Cisco Room Kit Pro G2 (Modular Video Conferencing Device Conference Room) Reference Devices for the Device Class "Integrated Video Conferencing Room Systems" • Cisco Board Pro 55 G3 (Video Conferencing Device Complete System Meeting Room) • Cisco Board Pro 75 G2 (Video Conferencing Device Complete System Meeting Room) • Cisco Board Pro 75 G3 (Video Conferencing Device Complete System Meeting Room) • Cisco Room Kit EQX (Video Conferencing Device Complete System Conference Room) In addition to Cisco video conferencing devices and Cisco devices, the range of the online shop must also include the related accessories.
