… line suspension on masts by means of transverse fields and booms. The scope of services includes in particular: I. Supply and installation of approx. 1,500 m catenary, II. Delivery and installation of approx. 1,500 m carrying cable, III. Delivery and installation of approx. 30 single-track high-chain booms, IV. Supply and installation of 3 transverse panels (high chain), V. Supply and installation of 8 post-tensioning springs (Tensorex), VI. Supply and installation of 3 mast switches including remote drives, VII. Dismantling of 2 temporary masts including stationary foundations, VIII. necessary assembly, fastening, cable and wiring work as well as testing, adjustment, post-regulation and commissioning work, and IX. necessary adaptations and connections to the existing catenary system. The catenary system shall be designed for a nominal voltage of 750 V DC (operating voltage approx. 825 V DC). The contact wire height is approx. 5.50 m above rail level; the height of the system is approximately 1.80 m. The overhead contact line is designed as a post-tensioned high-chain contact line. The works must be integrated into the construction processes of the overall measure and, in particular, into the road, canal and track construction works carried out in parallel. A continuous freedom of construction cannot be guaranteed. The services must therefore be carried out in sections and in accordance with the predetermined construction phases. The construction is carried out in principle while maintaining private transport and public bus transport. The contractor must coordinate its services with the undertaking responsible for road safety and with the other parties involved in the construction. The main construction phases for the overhead contact line works are currently planned to run from March 2027 to the end of 2027. In particular, the production and assembly of the catenary system in construction phases 4 to 6 as well as residual work, post-regulation and acceptance in the subsequent construction phase are planned. The overhead contact line system is expected to be operational and reliable by November 2027. Final post-regulation is foreseen by mid-2028. The concrete execution times and intermediate dates result from the procurement documents and the framework schedule. Changes in construction times as a result of the construction progress of the overall measure are reserved. All equipment, hoists, scaffolding, tools, test equipment, aids and assembly equipment required for proper execution shall be made available by the Contractor, unless expressly stipulated otherwise in the procurement documents.
