The contracting authority is not in a position to estimate the quantity more accurately in a pre-planned manner, since the devices covered by the public procurement are domestic hoists used by residential users, and the contracting authority immediately replaces the defective and no longer repairable equipment in the framework of troubleshooting, due to the continuous and safe operation of the service. Make and type envisaged: Sulzer/ABS Piranha 08/2 WKS or equivalent Planned annual quantity to be procured: Furthermore, the contracting authority informs the tenderers that the installation/installation of the lifting pumps in the system does not form part of the tasks to be carried out by the successful tenderer, which the contracting authority carries out itself when the malfunction prevention works occur. As stated above, the contracting authority intends to conclude a sales contract for the supply of new factory pumps necessary for the continuous operation and maintenance of the operability, operational safety and operational condition of the domestic sewage lifters that are in operation and will be in operation during the period of performance of the contract, up to a total amount of HUF 75 000 000 net. The contracting authority undertakes to draw on 70 % of the above envelope (i.e. up to a net amount of HUF 52 500 000), i.e. to this extent it undertakes to exhaust the envelope. After the conclusion of the contract, the contracting authority intends to implement its individual procurement needs through direct ad hoc orders and reserves the right to issue orders until the specified envelope is fully exhausted. The contract shall have effect for a fixed period of 36 months from the date of its signature by both parties, with the proviso that the contract shall terminate before the expiry of that period if the total amount referred to above is exhausted. A new device is a product that has not yet been used, refurbished or remanufactured. The detailed procurement technical specifications containing the requirements imposed by the contracting authority in relation to each instrument are set out in the procurement documents.
